Production Process
We have structured the overview of our production activities in terms of materials. This way, you can get a clearer insight into what we can do for you. Each of our product managers specializes in one or two materials. In an industrial environment, which is changing from day to day, such expertise is crucial for our client’s success. We’re always willing to expand our material repertoire towards the future.
QC & Certifications
We inspect the quality, functionality, material and packaging method of products according to international standards. During the inspection, our trained inspectors will randomly select products according to AQL standards (AQL= Acceptable Quality Level standard). Referring to the conformity samples, we will make sure that the quality, colors, measurement, appearance, function, material, shipment quantity, packaging and all special requirements meet with international standards and our client’s specifications. After such an inspection, a shipment can be released, or suspended until defectives are replaced.
We care about quality of work with proven track of success and certifications. All of these different certification and validations were acquired to show our expertise in manufacturing and management, certifications such as BSCI that proves ethical sourcing process, ISO shows efficiency in operation & management process, NSF & FSC provide credential to the materials we used.
